We did the food tour with Iliya. It was a superb tour through Plovdiv stopping at a variety of stalls, shops, a food market, and ending in a traditional restaurant. Iliya has a wealth of information about Bulgarian food. Highly recommended.
I have been 3 times in Plovdiv, however this tour was really my most interesting experience! Its not extravagant but uniquely pleasing. It compined humor, history, culture and ofcourse food :) Thank you to Daniel, an amazing guide and a cool dude!
Loved this area, it was full of shops, restaurants and best of all gelato parlors. The tourist stop gives good info and they speak English well.
We had a wonderful time on the food tour with Daniel and Iliya. We heard about the food tour by chance through a friend of Daniel on another tour and were lucky enough to be among the very first to experience the food tour. We learned a lot about not only
